Otoko gently laughed behind her sleeve.

"I too appreciate boldness, Yoritimo-san." she teased. "I suppose the struggle, no matter how one-sided the affair is predestined to be, should fuel the art of those involved, ne? Perhaps Yoritomo-san will have even inspired multiple generations of sapphire ambassadors by the time the Mantis finally get to host the tournament for the first time."

[Shiba Aibou]

"Then let me be bold again," Aibou says. "I will be taking my claim to our esteemed host, and I know that I will find support not only from my own Clan's competitors here, but also from those of Right and Left Hands."

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"If you can get them to work together," Tomodachi says, "it will be a miracle. But I trust in the Crab and Unicorn for support, as well as my own Mantis. And why not?"

[Shosuro Otoko]

Otoko inclined her head at that.

"Ah true. Our armies of artists will meet upon the battlefield of this small town, and seek to claim victory not only for themselves, but their clans. It should be quite fascinating to watch." she mused.

Though to be fair, the Scorpion had an army here. The Phoenix could rely on the Crane's army. The Mantis....would be lucky to have three ronin in a boat. But she saw no reason to make a point of that, or whom she expected support from beyond her own clan.

[Shiba Aibou]

"I shall look forward to your efforts, then," Aibou says, and bows, adding "Shosuro-san."

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Your defeat will be glorious, no doubt," Tomodachi adds, and returns to his noodles.
