Hey folks,

Had some issues raised by a concerned player, so I wanted to bring a few things up just to make sure their lingering worries were addressed.


1. First and most importantly, you folks are amazing. I realize that it's really hard to come up with creative posts for each of the concepts of bushido, but you all keep amazing us We really appreciate all the creative effort you folks are putting in, and are all just really great players we're happy to have here.

2. Akuba and Hyoukasha (and any other NPC for that matter) are not the sock puppets of the GMs. Honestly, if you wanted my initial reaction to people's contest entries, it's pretty much always "Wow, what a great idea!' Even if you don't get picked as 'judge's choice', that doesn't mean the GMs aren't wowwed by you. I have to put myself in a very nitpicky and negative mindset to post Hyoukasha's reaction beyond just typing "Bored now' for him. But this is not GM commentary on your entries, nor are the GMs trying to guide your work. Akuba and Hyoukasha are just there to add a bit of spice, but do not take their words to heart.

3. Boundaries are super important. If something is making things uncomfortable or unfun for you, please alert us. We don't want people to quietly burn out of the game, we're happy to make reasonable adjustments to keep things fun and interesting. So if you see something, say something.
