official GM question. Can Shiba Artisan R2 tech (the "successful art roll => temporary Allies" tech) be used to get more than one of the Three Amigos as your Allies, or are you limited to 1 of them?

For purposes of this game, replace "When determining the time required to craft any particular item, the cost of the item is considered one coin type smaller for you (for example, an item that has a cost measured in koku would determine its crafting time as if it were measured in bu, and an item with a cost measured in bu would determine the time as if it were measured in zeni)" with "Once per session, when you spend a Void Point on your selected Craft skill, you roll +2k2 instead of +1k1."

Well, you can participate, but you're not allowed to score. You're reward is the glory, you can't sneak yourself supplies. But if you wanna make the rolls because Kunio wants to help out too, you're welcome too

In the case that a day might end before RP allows you to make a post that actually uses a roll for your Amigo influence or mudslinging, is it alright to make the roll prior so it is recorded timely before the day flip, even if you haven't had a chance to RP out the situation?

I'm ok with this, because with player time schedule and gm availability, it can be difficult to align them in a timely fashion assuming you're not just running up to an NPC yelling "Support the Scorpion/Phoenix/Mantis!" Do make sure you do arrange the conversation though. The roll should be recorded in your pf before dayflip, and at least be in the right thread with the npc to make the approach. Then rp until you get to the correct point.
