How much IC development is needed to buy into a tea room? Tatsuya is certainly on the brasher, "I've done my homework and I want in, right now today" side of things, but he also is smart enough to not be so crassly demanding that he makes enemies of potential friends. Can I create a thread in D4 that cuts to the chase, or should I save that for a more robust D5 thread?
