She nodded. "It is quite the bunch. When the three of the companions are together chaos ensues... for Raakun likes to play tricks on the hound." She giggled.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

Tomodachi laughs, as well.

"How could he not?" he asks. "It'sh a classhic.

"You want another?"

[Kitsune Shizenko]

She pushed her glass to be refilled. " What about your family, Yoritomo sama? Seafairers?" She wondered.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

Tomodachi tops off her cup.

"My people...mostly sailors, yesh," he says. "Mother administers a port, Father is harbormaster at that same port. Younger brother is first mate on the Lightning's Hand."

He empties his own cup. "Miss 'em."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

The Kitsune took a sip. "Sounds like you have a lot to look up to. This one's family is very simple and has to work its way up...then again to serve a minor clan... how high can it be up?"

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Shame used to be shaid of the Mantish," Tomodachi slurs. "Then Lord Yoritomo made ush greater. Kitshune can do the same, I think."

"Yeah... or we become extinct...as minor clans come and go." She looked to Akatupo. "Do you have something to eat for two chatty samurai?" The girl chuckled.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Yes! Food would be good!"

Tomodachi returns his attention to Shizenko. "The Fox've been around f'rever, really, though. Don't think they're going away shoon."

He sways a bit as he adds "Hope you're not going away shoon."

"I've be going when the contest ends... It is one of the few times _is have stayed for this long on one town." She sighed. "My companion and I go visiting forests around the Empire to study things around... Do Mantis have forest in their islands?"

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Nah," Tomodachi says.

Then he smiles broadly. "We've got jungles. Nothin' like 'em on the, on the mainland.

"Could take you to 'em. You and Raakun both."

"That sound like an interesting proposal." She looked at Raakun sleeping. "Hopefully he won't make a rukus in the boat... It will be fun to see who of us will be seasick." She chuckled.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Shomeone with the shpiritsh like you, I'd doubt it," Tomodachi says. "Myshelf, I've got good shea legsh. Dunno 'bout him, though."

Tomodachi sways unsteadily.

"This land loving girl man not have the sea legs..." She giggled. "Raakun... sea legs are tiny legs. And grabby hands."

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Oh, there'sh nothing like, like, like the motion of the ocean," Tomodachi manages to slur out.

"Yes! Food would be good!"

Akutapo nods and brings up a couple of dishes.

'"Dried Squid and Pickled Wasabi, samurai-samas." he offered. "Enjoy"

The little tanuki's nose started to wiggle as the smell of food was brought even if it was dried and pickled. He woke up and tried his best to be a stealthy to take a piece of squid. Shizenko chuckled at the tanuki's attempt.

Akutapo nods and brings up a couple of dishes.

'"Dried Squid and Pickled Wasabi, samurai-samas." he offered. "Enjoy"

She didn't want to be discouteus but the girl couldn't have the squid. "Annoo... Akatupo sama... can I get some rice?"

"All the rice is in the bottles, Kitsune-sama." he offered with a wink. "I might have some pickled plums leftover in the back, or I can send someone out to get some rice."

Tomodachi merely smiles crookedly and sways a bit more.

Akutapo grin widens.

"A pleasure to be such to my customers, Kitsune-sama. One moment." he says with a bow, before briefly retreating into the back, only to remerge later with some pickled plums.
