Side Games Battle Lines

To help everyone have a better idea of what the side games are going, I figured it would be neat to get a head count of how many people are supporting each side.

Well, Choudai is obviously in favor of Otoko and the Sunset Leaves. He's been even less subtle about it than usual

Yoshino is neutral, primarily as she doesn't know any of the players and she didn't know about the Sapphire contest until she was invited to it. Nobody has mentioned any of the three amigos to her or brought up the matter of where it ought to be hosted at next.

I don't think it would be too difficult to persuade her to support a side. Especially as there doesn't seem to be any suggestion IC that any of the three potential host Clans wouldn't be capable of it.

That said, it seems one of them has a large lead and much more backing so it seems like perhaps a foregone conclusion...?

On the tea front Yoshino has formed a favourite for which tea house she likes.

Actually, thinking about both - should these IC be treated the same way as rumours? I.e. Off screen every character would have heard about the three amigos and the Clans that want to host the competition next, and we'd also all have heard about the four tea houses and the family members competing to take over the tea legacy in town?

That's a safe assumption to make. Of course, anyone who doesn't want to have heard about it, that's fine too. We're certainly not going to discourage participation in a side game, but it's of course not mandatory
