Hey everyone, thanks for playing our game! Without players, there is no game, just a story without an audience. we hope you had fun (we sure did!)

Day 10 is for wrapping up and saying goodbye to the people of the game. (I would suggest having a bit more focus in your last day of threads and don't fill your day with empty open threads or reverse popups) No more side game rolls (those results will be up soon). If there's any last minute business with NPCs that's fine, request as normal. Q&A's will go up shortly (try to ask more than simply asking how awesome everyone thought your character was). After the seventh, we'll lock down the IC threads, so wrap up your business, and take care of yourselves!

Day 10
Temperatures rise to pleasant through the afternoon before cooling in the evening. Gentle winds from the north blow under partly cloudy skies. The dominant element is Earth.

The Sun remains in the Hare, while the Moon is in its last quarter in the Rooster. Benten remains in the Serpent, with Bishamon and Fukurokujin yet in the Rat, Daikoku in the Hare, Ebisu in the Dragon, Hotei in the Ox, and Jurojin in the Tiger.

"That Phoenix was interested in the Bayushi."
"I knew there was something wrong with his cooking."

"I heard that Doji Nadeshiko was conducting a tea ceremony, and one of the attendees was murdered and Nadeshiko finished the tea ceremony BEFORE she contacted the magistgrate."

"Aww, really, Jakachou died? Was it murder? A jealous rival? A secret Tsukai? Scorpion plot?"
"Dude, she was ancient. Not everything is a plot y'know."

"Wow, so the Unicorn took the championship?"
"Yeah, but if you watched her art and who she was talking to, she was pretty tight with the Crane."
"Does seem like a good way to strengthen the Unicorn/Crane ties."
"Strengthens the Unicorn position overall I think."
"Do you two have to talk politics? Can't you just enjoy art?"

So where's the tournament next year?
The Scorpion seem pretty confident they've got it in the bag. You can practically hear them writing the invitations.
Hmmm...they might be counting things up too soon don't you think? The Sapphire champion was championing the Phoenix.

So it looks like the tea houses are going to be reorganized under a new family head.

Yeah, that's why. She pretty much failed to capture any of the tourist's during the competition.
There were a few Scorpions there I saw.
Probably because the place was so deserted. They could plot in peace there except they stood out so much. Well and I think that cook went to mock their tea. You should've seen his face.

To follow up:
Everybody who supported Aibou gains 1 rank of Fame.

Those with the Allies Advantage pertaining to Aibou gain XP equal to the Devotion component of the Advantage not used.

Those with the Allies Advantage pertaining to Otoko or Tomodachi gain points of Infamy equal to the Devotion of their Allied Amigo.

Patrons of the Leaves who earned at least 10 Tea Points for the establishment gain 1 rank of Wealthy as merchant patrons.

Doji Yoshino, having earned the most Tea Points for Sunset Leaves, gains an additional rank of Wealthy.
