[D10 EE] Bitter sweet drinks

[Kitsune Shizenko]

Shizenko came back to the bar hoping to meet her drinking partner, followed by her now assistant Raakun was very happy.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Madam Ambassador!" greets Shizenko as Tomodachi lifts a glass from his accustomed place.

[Kitsune Shizenko]

"Yoritomo sama..." She smiled. "I made it... so now I just have to find a way to get to Daidoji lands." Shizenko sat next to the Mantis.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Well," Tomodachi quips, "attacking a Doji usually brings out a Daidoji."

He puffs a laugh.

"I jest, of course."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

The woman blinked a few times then shook her head. Shizenko smiled. "I was thinking on taking a boat to Mura Sabishii Toshi... I wonder if some one could give me such aid." She winked

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"I might could do that," Tomodachi says. "Heading more or less that direction, myself."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

"Ah... this one would be grateful if such as yourself would escort this one and her assistant to such place." She picked a glass and waited for it to be filled.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

It does not take long.

"Long as Raakun behaves, he's welcome," Tomodachi says.

"I head out mid-morning tomorrow. You be ready?"

[Kitsune Shizenko]

She arched a brow. "So only Raakun has to behave." The woman drank. "What about me? Can I be mischievous?"

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"I'd encourage it," Tomodachi says. "I'd help you with some of it, even."

He drains his own drink.

A bottle appears ready to hand.

[Kitsune Shizenko]

Shizenko chuckled. "Did you know that part of our history is our mischievous nature learned from the spirits of the animal realm?" She downed her drink.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"I'd heard something about that," Tomodachi says, matching her drink and pouring more for both. "I'd imagine there's more I've not, though."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

"And yes I will be ready by mid morning tomorrow." She answered. "Raakun no so much he sleeps during the mornings." As she drank the woman smiled. "Do you play any instrument?"

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Put him in a box; he'll be fine," Tomodachi quips, then answers the question:

"Not even as well as I sing. Sculpting's the only art I took to, really."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

"No... I prefer to carry him on my blossom. He may look chubby but it is just fluff." She looked at the Yoritomo. "Ah that is sad... I would have liked for us become a musical duo... perhaps you could show me your craft."

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"Here's not a good place," Tomodachi says. "Stone chips don't improve the sake."

[Kitsune Shizenko]

She smiled. "Maybe on the boat. Sake is better with good company and good song... but the song will be owe." She giggled as she down the drink.

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

Tomodachi refills the cup.

"I can hold a debt," he says.

And he winks.

[Kitsune Shizenko]

"Now I am scared... a debt to a Mantis would probably would have interest." She smiled. "How many songs per day should be a good?"

[Yoritomo Tomodachi]

"That'll depend on what songs you sing," Tomodachi says, "and when and where you sing them."

He winks at her again, takes a pull from his drink.
