He grinned a little, a small amount of surprise crept into his voice. He hadn't actually thought she would consider it "Oh? And what do you think you would take Doji-san? What image would you wish to paint your skin forever."

His... amusement? Just makes the woman shrink back, Nadeshiko turning her face away from Yoshiaki and covering everything below the eyes with her sleeve in a vain attempt to hide the furious blush blooming across her skin. It's all the way to the tips of her ears now, though.

"P-perhaps... flowers," She finally stutters.

The grin softens to a smile "Apologies Doji-san, I did not mean to embarrass you. You surprise me is all. Most Crane would not even consider getting a tattoo. Your open minded nature continues to impress."

"Flowers would look lovely on you I'm sure though." He added after a small pause.

[Doji Nadeshiko]

There's a long, quiet moment between when he finishes speaking and she starts. "I don't understand why," Nadeshiko sighs. "I'm cut from the same cloth. Art is art, whether on canvas or skin..."

"It is not always considered a 'proper' art to some." He didn't name any specifics as they were in public and he wouldn't want to disparage their hosts.

"But I am glad that you are not among the some. You're appreciation for art in its many forms is endearing Doji-san." He drank the last of his tea and sat the cup down.

"It has been a lovely time Doji-san, there are still things to do before the presentations. We should do this again though." He said with that same soft smile.

He doesn't have to speak more for the Crane woman to understand. Nadeshiko is well aware of her... unique nature. Her frown's short-lived as she gives Yoshiaki a small bow. "Yes. Thank you for sharing your time with me, Togashi-san. It was a pleasure. I'll think hard on what we discussed and return to you with a clearer answer."
